We have received several complaints regarding the Administrative Manager and Administrative Staff Analyst open competitive and promotional civil service exams.
Our members have reached out to us to describe the adverse conditions they experienced at the test sites. Chief complaints were related to environmental conditions: poor seating, inadequate air ventilation, noise factors, etc. Test design questions were centered on inadequate time allowed, and complexity of questions.
Members may file a formal complaint using the following methods:
- Contact the Protest Review Section (PRS), One Centre Street, Room 1448, New York, NY 10007. Concerns filed with the PRS must be done within one week after completing the exam.
In expressing your concerns, please be specific and try to refrain from focusing upon extensive opinions. Information based upon relevant facts will be more beneficial towards investigations conducted.
