To the Managerial Employees Association:
Recently, I received an email from EEO Outreach inviting me to a scheduled telephone meeting concerning an EEO complaint investigation. No information was given regarding the complainant, location, or the incident.
Feeling uncomfortable, I contacted MEA who immediately connected me to Legal counsel to discuss my case.
I advised the EEO Office that I would be represented by MEA who would attend the meeting as my Legal team. The support of the MEA Legal counsel was very helpful, comforting, and appreciated.
