Sabrina Middleton is a seasoned human resources leader with over two decades of experience spanning government, transportation, healthcare, and social services sectors. She specializes in HR operations, compliance, recruitment, and employee development, with a focus on driving organizational efficiency and workforce engagement. As HR Director of Employee Services at the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor in New York City, Sabrina leads DCAS compliance audits, oversees title classifications, and manages employee relations matters. She supervises HR staff, ensures effective recruitment practices, and drives continuous staff development through partnerships with the Citywide Training Center. Sabrina also represents the agency in citywide meetings and spearheads initiatives to enhance departmental operations. Her prior roles include Deputy HR Director, where she supported compliance audits and led labor relations, and HR Business Partner at Metro-North Railroad, where she managed diverse recruitment strategies, collaborated on disciplinary matters, and developed social media-driven hiring campaigns. Earlier in her career, Sabrina served as a Senior HR Generalist at Weill Cornell Medical College, handling recruitment, performance management, and compliance, and as a Social Worker for the Department of Homeless Services, providing critical case management for families. Sabrina holds a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Science degrees from St. John’s University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Pace University. She has earned HRM-SCP and SHRM-CP certifications from Cornell University’s ILR School. With expertise in a range of HR systems, including SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, and Tableau, Sabrina is adept at leveraging technology to optimize HR functions. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to fostering organizational growth and employee success.
