Judge reserved time to review documents.
On December 8, 2021, a hearing in the case of NYC Organization of Public Service Retirees, Inc et all v. Renee Campion et al was held before Justice Lyle Frank in New York State Supreme Court. Justice Frank reserved time to make a decision once he reviews all documents. On December 3, the previous Friday, the parties met to discuss the issues.
The timing of a decision is unknown. In the interim, a Temporary Restraining Order by Judge Frank, remains in effect. No new opt out or start dates have been determined. The new plan will not go into effect on January 1, 2022.
