National Mental Health Month

May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, an opportunity for us to reflect upon how important taking care of our mental health is for the overall quality of our lives. The last few years have seen a significant increase in individuals struggling with mental illness, a crisis which has cast a spotlight on the need for comprehensive education and mental healthcare.

The National Institute of Mental Health aims to help shed light on some common mental health conditions. Below are resources that can be download.

MEA promotes the wellbeing of all our members and their loved ones. Remember to treat yourself and others with kindness, patience, and love. Be well.
