On April 11, MEA participated in the Rally at City Hall regarding the city’s health plan. Hundreds of retirees and active city workers gathered to make their voices heard and fight for the healthcare they deserve.
The MEA still strongly opposes the city’s push towards Medicare Advantage plans and will continue to show support for the protection of retiree health care benefits.
