Who is MEA?
WE ARE A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION PROVIDING ADVOCACY SERVICES FOR MANAGERIAL EMPLOYEES.
For more than 50 years,the MEA has advocated for the rights of its members. Over the years, the Association has successfully collaborated with the Office of Labor Relations (OLR) for procuring salary increases. Additionally, we maintain a primary focus upon improving retirement benefits, as well as obtaining additional health benefits.
We are quite proud of our 50 years of business stability, as well as our achievements. We will continue to provide our services and benefits to our managerial, confidential and original jurisdiction members.
THE LATEST WITH MEA
Recently, the MEA began developing plans for a new initiative: the Associate Membership Program. The AMP would allow former managers who were reclassified into collective bargaining positions to have a special membership in the MEA.
