I am a Member of the MEA Retirees Chapter and I have been an MEA Member for 22 years. I worked at the NYC Health and Hospitals for 24 years.
And, I am writing to you to say Thank You to the MEA. I had an issue with my vision insurance. More than an issue – there suddenly was no record of me in their records. But, there has always been a direct line for me for assistance and to get the help that I need.
I called the MEA and I spoke with Matt. I have somebody that I can depend on. The MEA have helped me on several occasions. It has been a relief that while I am in Florida that I have a connection from whom I can get help with my questions and concerns.
