On March 30, the media and the community were invited to attend a preview of Pier 57 and the Market 57 Food Hall. The community will be able to book classrooms, enjoy a new food hall anchored by the James Beard Foundation, and participate in Hudson River Park Trust’s Discovery Tank.
At the event, MEA Executive Director Alice Wong met briefly with NYC Mayor Eric Adams. MEA will continue to request a meeting and to have an open dialogue with the mayor.
