Women’s Health Week is May 12-18. This year’s theme is “Empowering Women, Cultivating Health: Celebrating Voices, Wellness, and Resilience.” The theme seeks to focus on the unique medical needs women face, with each day representing a different facet of women’s health, including maternal mental health and heart health.
Now is a great time to consider scheduling your yearly checkups! Here is a guideline of the tests women should be getting by age.
Enter the raffle, by Friday, May 17, to win a complementary copy of The Menopause Brain, from the MEA. Three winners will be announced.
Be sure to take good care of yourself!
