For over 50 years, we have ensured that managerial and original jurisdiction employees in all City agencies would have representation when negotiating compensation, working conditions, and health benefits.

Recently, the MEA began developing plans for a new initiative: the Associate Membership Program.
The AMP would allow former managers who were reclassified into collective bargaining positions to have a special membership in the MEA.
Associate Members would continue to participate in many of the benefits of membership
